Shipping Information
Decorette ships worldwide! No matter where you are in the world, we’ll get your orders right to your doorstep.
All orders are carefully packed in either mailing tubes or twin-walled cardboard mailers to protect them from damage during transit, so you can be sure your orders always arrive safe and sound!
1) Self-Collection (Singapore only)
Price: No charge
Self-Collection is at Woodlands and strictly by prior appointment only.
If you select this option, we will contact you once your order is ready to arrange a collection date and time.
2) Courier Delivery (Singapore only)
Price: Flat Rate SGD $9 per order
All orders within Singapore are delivered through a local courier service provider on a Next Day Door-to-Door delivery service to ensure receipt of goods as items are too large to fit into a regular mailbox.
You may specify your preferred delivery timeslot by leaving us a comment/note during checkout:
AM SLOT: 10am – 5pm
EVE SLOT: 5pm – 10pm
Total estimated delivery time (including processing time) is about 3 – 5 Business Days from the time orders are confirmed.
We will contact you once your order is ready to confirm your delivery time slot. We will try, on a best-effort basis, to arrange your delivery at your preferred timeslot.
3) International Shipping Rates
REGISTERED Package International
International postage rates start from SGD$15 and will vary depending on your order weight and quantity.
Please allow for approximately 3 business days to process your order, on top of the following estimated delivery times:

All international orders will be shipped with tracking numbers. You will be notified via email once your item has been shipped.
To find out the exact shipping rates for your order, you may add items to your cart and go through the checkout process to display applicable shipping rates – this process will not commit you to your order until you confirm your purchase.
*Please note there are instances where customs in overseas countries delay packages for inspection and this is beyond our control. Delays can sometimes stretch up to 2 months in extremely rare cases and Decorette is not responsible for such delays, but do contact us if you believe your package has been delayed out of the ordinary.
